About Us
La Boite Elisma may not have been born to be a company.
It was born from a question, one evening, in a truck, far from home. And from everything I wish someone had passed on to me before.
I wrote a book. Then a method. Then objects that carry it, quietly, for those already living it.
But none of it truly belongs to me.
Once someone adopts this way of thinking about money - understanding it before spending it, letting it work before enjoying it - it no longer belongs to me. It belongs to them. And they can, in turn, pass it on.
That's why La Boite Elisma continues beyond the objects and the book, through the Cercle Elisma: a place where those who have received can give in return, where passing it on never stops at just one person.
I don't know where it will end. A book, a method, an app soon, and surely other things still, as long as they serve the same purpose: getting closer to freedom. Financial freedom, first. But also a quieter kind of freedom - understanding yourself, understanding what you do with your money, and why.
A piece of La Boite Elisma doesn't speak on its own. It waits for someone to ask.
Wearing the logo means accepting that one day, someone will ask what it means. And on that day, the answer you give matters more than the object itself.
It's not a burden. It's what giving does, almost in spite of us: it does good for the one who receives, and just as much for the one who passes it on. The movement doesn't live because it exists. It lives because, every so often, each person agrees to be the one who answers.
La Boite Elisma may not really be a brand. A brand carries a name, and a name always carries the same answer for everyone.
This is a movement. A way of life.
The book carries a title. But the logo carries no words. Just a shape - three drawers, with nothing written on it.
Ask ten people what it represents, and you'll get ten different answers. Not because they're wrong. Because each one sees in it what they themselves put there.
That may be the one thing that truly sets La Boite Elisma apart: it's not a brand that tells you who it is. It's a sign that lets everyone say who they've become.
It's never too late to learn. It's never too early to pass it on.
